Refund Policy

EnovativeTV offers 30 days free trial option. Customer provides his/her credit card information during registration and shall he/she decide to cancel the subscription within 2 days of registration an immediate refund of the service fee will be provided to the credit card number or email used to purchase the services.

Subscription cancellation should be submitted via deactivation request located in Support section. Once deactivation request is submitted, customer's subscription is cancelled. Subject to the Terms and Conditions a non-refundable administration fee may apply. For all other questions please read Help section of this website
